💫KUNDALINI CLASSES MOVED TO ONLINE – WEDNESDAYS & SATURDAYS

Never has there been a time where yoga, breathwork, meditation & connection are more needed.
In Kundalini Yoga we have a wealth of tools to help with health, immunity, anxiety, depression & fear. Over the next few weeks we’ll be transmuting this energy into vitality, positivity, patience & peacefulness.
Even though I’ve taken the decision to pause the classes & workshops face to face, we will continue online via Zoom (Super easy to use)

CLASSES WILL COMMENCE WEDNESDAY 18th.

Wednesday 7.30-8.30am
(EveryBODY welcome)

Saturday 10-11.15 am (Women’s Circle).

Exchange is £5 (opportunities for concessions)

Consistent practice of Kundalini Yoga, even for a few minutes a day will allow better use of your time and energy, to align with your creative destiny and fulfil your greatest potential.

 


My aim as a teacher is to create a safe space in which you can connect, imagine and manifest the highest version of yourself.
I have been practicing Yoga for over 30 years and am deeply grateful to be able to share Yogi Bhajan’s incredible teaching with you.
Tamsin Stockwood-Tyrwhitt (Tej Gopal Kaur) is a 200RYT graduate of the Aditya Yoga School and a KRI Level 1 graduate of The Sahej Academy.
